Tenant Application

Tenant Application (Initial and Renewal): Owners are allowed to rent their units for a minimum one-week rental period with approval from the Board. No more than 4 rentals per year are allowed per unit. All rentals must be for a minimum of 7 days (no short rentals are permitted by the By-laws revision.) NO renters are allowed any pets in the unit at any time. Applications for approval of your lease must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the effective date of the rental. Failure to obtain approval following the building rules may result in a fine. This application should be submitted to:

If you are extending a lease which has already been approved for an additional period you must file a Tenant Renewal form to the same addresses as noted above.
