Alteration or Improvement Application Guidelines
Section VIII of the Governing Documents identify the requirements for submission of an application for any construction being taken in your unit. The requirements and actions of the owner and the Board can be found in the Governing Documents. The required application will identify the necessary information to be submitted. Approval must be provided before work is begun or a fine may result. Electrical or plumbing work must be done by a certified or licensed electrician or plumber with copies of that license or certification provided. Work is not to start prior to 9 AM and is to stop by 5 PM on weekdays; no work on weekends without Board approval in writing. Construction material cannot be stored in common areas and no construction debris is to be disposed of on-site. If materials are to be transported via the elevator necessary protection must be obtained for elevators, walls and/or floors. The application and necessary attachments should be submitted to:
